If you haven't done inward perfectionist, do that and expand very fast. . No more restrictions in wars or treaties. Doing this changes your civics to Imperial Cult, Aristocratic Elite, and Philosopher King. The path to the aggressive inward perfectionist is, as it always was, the Insult. Those come with political implications though. So any way, I just completed my inward perfectionist void dweller game.
